Microdosing cannabis edibles gains some surprising advocates

Cannabis manufacturing companies have prided themselves on innovation in product quality, dosing and enhancing the cannabis experience with edibles.

Now, we’re past the times of innovation in cannabis – it’s time to revolutionize.

Cannabis has long gone past the image portrayed by Brad Pitt in True Romance of the couch-locked stoner in front of the TV, in a hazy room, smoking out of a bong fashioned out of a honey bottle.

Microdosing cannabis and integrating this practice into everyday lifestyle activities is the revolution that is being carried through by edible products like BuudaBomb.

Stepping Up for Microdosing

The practice of microdosing has seen some surprising advocates. “It’s such a small dose, it’s only 2.5 milligrams. I did not feel high at all,” says mother and cannabis advocate Ozzie Ozkay-Villa of her methods, “I hear so often nowadays of women taking Xanax daily to get through the day, and that’s just not an option for me.”

Microdosing involves taking small doses of THC to achieve a sense of elevation, without the powerful high. Microdosing allows cannabinoids like THC to enact the endocannabinoid system, usually providing “clarity and focus” as Ozkay-Villa describes it, rather than feeling strong psychoactive effects.

Athletes have also emerged as surprising advocates of the practice of microdosing cannabis. “Edibles are a great way to get cannabis into your life without taking up smoking,” says Emily Schromm, Crossfit Coach & Athlete. “I currently add it to my daily routine and make sure to have a couple before I sleep. I find myself waking up with much more energy,” says Schromm, a consumer of BuudaBombs.

Microdosing edibles before a workout have become a common practice of fitness-focused cannabis advocates. “When I consume a small, measured dose of cannabis, my mind is relaxed and focused,” says Vancouver-based Bethany Rae, “In this relaxed mental state, anxiety and negative thinking recede and limitations are reduced.”

Microdosing with BuudaBombs

BuudaBomb Gummies each contain 10mg of THC, while each chocolate contains 20mg of THC. Ingesting one, or two full gummies, for instance, would bring you to a slight level of elevation according to the dosage guide. Microdosing with BuudaBomb involves taking a lower dose, at regular intervals over a period of time.

Microdosing has become an exact science with some advancements in the cannabis edibles industry offering mints that are as low as 2.5mg or chocolate squares as low as 5mg.

Use a dose of one 10mg BuddaBomb Gummy to experiment with microdosing. While the unit is small, it can be cut into a few pieces to break up the dosage. Be intentional in how and when you ingest pieces of your gummy, and be mindful of the effects it’s having on you as you increase your dose.

Choose Your Dose Wisely

Microdosing can be a helpful activity if you’re interested to gain the benefits of having THC steadily making its way through your bloodstream at low amounts. While you won’t feel “high” you may feel a bit more on point. It’s an interesting practice to experiment with that the seasoned or new cannabis user can enjoy as an everyday lifestyle practice.

Of course, if you want to experience more than a microdose, you have the choice to move from a joyous observer, as you ingest 2 gummies and add a little kick to your day, to joining The Buudahood, by ingesting 10 gummies and enjoying traveling through space without the hassle of joining NASA.

Your cannabis journey is your own, and the choice is yours through effective dosing and Microdosing.
